Our Story
The Fraternal Order of the Orioles is a charitable and social organization that has been part of the Boyertown community since its establishment in 1910. Nest 22 located in Historic Boyertown features the club’s social quarters on the first floor and banquet hall available to the public on the main floor. The club’s watchwords are liberty, integrity, fraternity, and equality – spelled out as L.I.F.E.
Social Club
The Orioles Social Club is the largest Orioles nest in the country with approximately 3,000 members from the Boyertown Area and surrounding communities. The members only basement bar features one of the largest bars in the area with plenty of TVs to watch multiple games at once. In addition to the wide selection of craft and domestic beers, hot food is served during select weekend hours and some of the best hoagies around are available during all business hours. The O’s also hosts a 12 team bowling league on weeknights on the club’s two bowling alleys.
Banquet Hall
The historic banquet hall is available for rent to the general public and can comfortably host up to 200 guests in its large dining area and dance floor. Off the banquet hall is a fully equipped bar in the “Grill Room” great for socializing during cocktail hour. A full catering menu is available though outside catering is permitted. “Perfect for parties. We had a really nice party for our daughter’s college graduation in the Orioles rental hall. Inexpensive but much nicer than a firehouse hall. Good central location. Well maintained, clean. And they do the clean up!!
